  1. What we collect. Only what you voluntarily provide through the private conversation form: name, contact, city, preferred channel, an approximate wealth range (optional), and any message you choose to write. The site uses no advertising tracking cookies.
  2. What we use it for. Exclusively to respond to your contact and prepare the conversation you requested. Your information is not used for campaigns, cold lists, or any outreach you did not ask for.
  3. Who we share with. No one, for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary to operate (hosting, e-mail) under a duty of confidentiality, or disclosed where required by law or regulation.
  4. Confidentiality. We treat all wealth and family information with the discretion an advisory relationship demands. Internal access is restricted to those who need it to serve you, in practice Rodrigo himself.
  5. Your rights. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via contato@mottaadvisors.com. We observe the principles of the LGPD (Brazil) and applicable U.S. privacy rules.
  6. Retention. We keep your contact data only for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
